To request a refund, please contact our Customer Service Department at INFO@TOPSYSPOPCORN.COM and return your product within 30 days of purchase. Once your returned product is received in our warehouse, the refund for the product can be processed. Refunds may only be made to the person who originally purchased the product. Order confirmation and order number must be enclosed with returned product.
If you received incorrect popcorn flavor(s), or your canister is damaged in shipping, please contact us and we will be happy to replace your popcorn with the correct flavor(s). If your can was dented, retain the product and box (you can obviously fold it flat if you like) as UPS often does inspections if there have been multiple complaints in your area. Send a picture of your dented can AND box, or the incorrect flavors to ORDER@TOPSYSPOPCORN.COM (Occasionally we are out of the can design ordered and the warehouse will substitute a design to avoid delaying the order as noted below in the Shipping policy. No refunds will be done for substitutions.)
Orders shipped via UPS Ground Service will normally leave our facility in 1-2 business days. During the holiday season (November-December), there may be a longer delay, generally 2-4 business days for fulfillment. Once the order is shipped, transit time from UPS is 1-3 business days, depending on the delivery address. UPS and FedEx have announced they could have delays due to the heavy volume for the holidays.
Expedited orders are shipped via UPS Ground Expedited Service and will leave our facility the same business day for orders placed before noon CST. Expedited service puts your order in the queue ahead of other orders to be filled. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be not shipped until the next business day. Once the order is shipped, transit time from UPS is 1-4 business days, depending on the delivery address.
Orders shipped via UPS 2nd Day Air will leave our facility the same business day for orders placed before noon CST. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be not shipped until the next business day. Once the order is shipped, transit time is 2 business days.
